Aikido Shugenkai of Newark, CA
Classes are offered through the City of Newark's Recreation Department under the direction of Aikido Shugenkai Instructors. Classes are held Wednesday nights at the Silliman Activity and Family Aquatic Center . You must call the city to sign up for classes or come down to the Community Center to visit, watch or register for class. Schedule
Aikido for Adults
This class will be geared primarily toward beginners, but students of any level and physical ability are welcome to attend. Loose fitting clothing which covers arms and legs or a training uniform (preferably a judo gi) is recommended.
Day and Time: Wednesdays 6:30 PM - 8:00 PM
